What is an angel investor?

Individual investors who provide capital to a business, often small or startups, in exchange for convertible debt or ownership equity.

As an angel investor you have the ability to influence money flows to direct it to founders you want to support in launching and into businesses you want to see in the world.

Angel investing, made accessible.

You don’t need a finance background or a fortune. You need to know how a check gets written, what you’re buying, and whether this is for you.

Under 2% of venture funding goes to women-owned businesses. We think that’s a mispricing, not a charity case.

Benefits of Angel Investing

1
ACCESS & EDUCATION

As an angel investor you get access to information, people, rooms, and skill development that you wouldn’t receive otherwise!

2
INFLUENCE & OWNERSHIP

Angel investors have a say in the types of companies their money impacts, in organization operations and influencing culture and diversity of boards and executive teams, business decisions, and more, and don’t have to wait years to earn ownership in the business!

3
MINDSET & GROWTH

Participating as an angel opens doors, uncovers opportunities for career advancement, exponentially grows your network, and reinvents your mindset as you step into checkwriting and decision making.

Risky, but immensely rewarding.
While angel investing is inherently risky, it offers a path to diversifying your portfolio returns, and offers a path to grow your invested dollars!
