We’re a women-first angel group of 100+ investors backing meaningful early-stage companies.

What we look for

Stage. We fund Seed and Seed+, usually before a Series A.

Check. We invest as one group, and our first check is usually $70,000 to $110,000.

Sectors. More than half our portfolio is healthcare and women’s health. We also fund sustainability, deep tech, edtech, IoT and consumer. We’re generalists by design and invest in what we want to see in the world.

We look for execution, expertise, conviction, and a real path to possible success. And this early, we weight the team above almost everything else.

You don’t have to be women-owned, but we look at culture, team and impact alongside a risk-reward we want to back. That often means businesses whose work reaches women, and it often means women-led and women-owned teams.

What happens after you submit?

1 SHARE YOUR BUSINESS

You submit your business for investment consideration. A member from our deal team reviews the information. If there’s enough interest from our investor group we’ll set up a short call to learn more.

2 PITCH DAY

About five companies pitch us live each quarter. Our investor community weighs in to curate this lineup with our leadership team. The event offers time for a short company presentation followed by investor Q&A.

3 DILIGENCE

If our group expresses enough collective interest out of the pitch we’ll move forward into diligence which typically lasts around four to six weeks, run by our members. It ends in a recommendation to invest or pass.

4 THE CHECK

If and when we choose to write a check we collectively come together to invest in your business as a syndicate to form one line on your cap table.

About 800 companies reach out to us for funding each year. We end up funding several to a handful each year.

We run this deal cycle quarterly. If our scheduled pitch timeline doesn’t meet your close date we can possibly evaluate moving forward off-cycle. Mark your funding requirements in the form.
