For this panel discussion, we will be joined by Dr. Krystyna Holland, PT, DPT, Dr. Soyona Rafatjah, board-certified Family Medicine physician, Dr. Patty Stott, PT and Holistic Health Practitioner, and Cynthia Farris, FNLP, CGP, CHHC Nature-based Functional Nutrition/Lifestyle Practitioner who will speak to the importance of an integrative and holistic approach to womxn's health.

Panelist Bios
Dr. Soyona Rafatjah is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who offers evidence-based, and personalized programs in reversing: IBS, Hypothyroidism
Through an intimate, patient-physician partnership, and a whole-body approach, she and her patients develop a personalized treatment plan which adjusts to their needs and environment over time.
Dr. Patty Stott, Holistic Health Practitioner and Physical Therapist
Dr. Patty Stott is a holistic health practitioner and physical therapist outside of metropolitan Denver. She specializes in orthopedics and chronic illnesses, including a specialty in Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. With a growing interest in holistic health, Dr. Stott furthered has training in Functional Medicine, Reiki energy work, and visceral (organ) manipulation to be able to address the whole of the patient. She can be found in office at Elevation Wellness in Arvada, CO for manual and/or energy work or for tele appointments in health and wellness both in office and via tele appointment. Krystyna’s journey as a provider started as a patient. Frustrations with her own medical treatment, including feeling unheard, short appointment times, and one-size-fits-all treatment have inspired her to go the extra mile when it comes to empowering her patients to be an active participant in their healthcare, starting in their physical therapy sessions.
She has seen how healthcare discrepancies impact patient care and experience, and she started Inclusive Care to provide quality healthcare to all womxn.
She wishes everyone knew about pelvic health and how it relates to having pleasurable sex, strength and stability, and staying dry, which is why she puts out information on social media and hosts interactive workshops.
She knows first hand the power of pelvic floor physical therapy and how it can build confidence in your ability to stop having painful sex, stop leaking, and start living.
Cynthia Farris
Cynthia “Thia” Farris empowers motivated individuals to thrive in their daily lives. She designs personalized
nutrition and lifestyle programs for nature lovers wanting to heal digestive, immune and hormonal issues naturally.
Many of these approaches honor the simple, close to the earth approaches of our ancestors and encompass the
mind, body and soul.
She believes that good health begins with a joyful gut which is created through gentle and easy to incorporate
daily practices. By digging into the root causes of lack of vitality, she partners with her clients to create a stronger
ecosystem, both in life and in the body.
Trained as a functional nutritionist, she focuses on root cause resolution of symptoms resulting in happy bellies,
vibrant energy, uplifted mood, and sustainable wellness.
She holds certifications in functional nutrition and lifestyle practices, fermentation, transformational coaching, is a
board certified holistic health coach and certified gluten-free practitioner. Her work is sacred to her as she believes
