Our mission is to educate, support, and inspire girls and women to achieve real gender equity in the workplace and beyond.

Our programming spans skill development needed to advocate and negotiate for oneself in addition to creating a path to change power dynamics by getting more women into private investing alongside placing them in strategic advisory and board seats. 

Sponsorship dollars offer free access to Investment Observer membership, which offers ongoing education and access to the angel investing ecosystem. You may direct us to allocate the sponsorship to members of your choosing or we will apply the dollars to candidates interested in sponsorship.

Our member community is roughly half Investment Observers today. Some candidates are in school or recent graduates and while many have years ahead of them before they become active investors they are eager to build on the skills and mindset needed to enter the investment arena.

Investment Observers learn alongside our active investing members and receive access to over 12 live events annually. They are also able to participate in deal sourcing and screening activities for our investment group.

Sponsorship dollars may also be applied toward workshops delivered into a nonprofit or student group we are partnered with or a community group of your choosing.
