Speaker Bios
Victoria J. Chin is a marketing leader for high-growth tech companies. She currently leads marketing for strategic partnerships at real estate disrupt Opendoor, and previously led a variety of product marketing and growth efforts at Dropbox. She joined Dropbox in 2014, helping the company more than triple in size, launch its first customer success team, and develop their first outbound marketing strategy during her tenure. Before Dropbox, Victoria reported directly into the CEO at Dow Jones, and managed global customer experience across all products (The Wall Street Journal, Barron's MarketWatch, Factiva, and more). She was the youngest person ever to appear on the WSJ masthead in their 125-year history. She started her career with a short stint in fashion before pivoting to Bloomberg, where she met a mentor who would ultimately bring her to Dow Jones. She has an MBA from UC Berkeley-Haas and a BA from UCLA.
Jacob K. Lehman is a strategy consultant and career counselor. As a consultant with McKinsey & Co. he advised Fortune 100 clients on a range of market entry and business expansion issues, then worked in a variety of internal consulting and corporate strategy roles before transitioning to career counseling. Since 2015 he has been the Consulting Career Advisor for the Johnson Graduate School of Management, helping hundreds of MBA students chart their paths and get great jobs. When not helping others navigate their career journeys, he choreographs fights for theater and film projects, solves crossword puzzles, and writes one of the least-read blogs on the internet at www.jacobklehman.com. He holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in English from Cornell University.
