Session 1: Welcome remarks, the framework, and your uncovering your WHY.
Suggested Exercises:
i) Choose a scenario to workshop through this series.
ii) Write down what you're looking for through participation. Spell out your goal(s) in a few sentences.
iii) Dig into your WHY. (You can access the Simon Sinek clip I reference here.)
Session 2: Superpowers, alignment, and articulating your value.
Suggested Exercises:
i) Come up with your 3 value points covering the quantitative and qualitative value you bring (or your business, goals, etc.)
ii) Practice delivering your value OR similar if not a compensation ask.
iii) Start digging into the landscape to understand what numbers are reasonable. What's the market value?
Session 3: Market value and crafting your ask.
Suggested Exercises:
i) Determine your ask or offer. Include actual numbers and think through the levers!
ii) Craft your value positioning into and around the ask.
iii) Think through probably scenarios and how you would respond.
Session 4: Mapping a path to success and preparing for a flawless execution.
