Welcome to Negotiation is Everything!
We'll be dropping links and resourcing to support your experience here:

Session 1: Welcome remarks, overview, and getting started + Goal Setting.
Exercise: So what are you looking for? You may think that it's more money, but it's likely so much more. Get started by filling out this intake questionnaire to uncover what you're looking for and so that we can identify areas to focus on and align your path accordingly.
Session 2: What's your superpower? Alignment + building your professional confidence.
Exercise: What are you best at? Don't just answer with what YOU think you're best at, but dig into past reviews and external feedback from colleagues and mentors or peers. Where do you truly excel? We've prepared an exercise here to illustrate how to dig into your superpowers and what to do after you've done the work to identify them.
Session 3: Determining your market value + Articulating the value you bring to the role. Let's talk numbers.
Exercise: What is the market value of your role? We don't want to be completely out of the ballpark in our ask, and understanding the numbers will inform our strategy around execution and our ask.
Next, we can tie in the value you've demonstrated in past roles or with your existing employer to show the value you bring.
Session 4: Getting strategic, laying the groundwork, and identifying your path to success. What is Negotiable?
Exercise: Identify and lay out a path for success. Who are your sponsors, or who can you recruit to help support you in this process? What is your ask? How are you going to position in? This is where we take your research and preparation and start laying the groundwork for action. Let's make sure the ask and numbers are aligned with your goals and needs.
Session 5: The Roleplay. Practice makes perfect.
Exercise: Practice makes perfect. Whether it's a mirror, speaking out loud to yourself, or finding a friend or family member, DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP. By practicing and knowing what you want to deliver and how you want to deliver it, your nerves will thank you and your performance will shine. Confidence in navigating the unknown and discomfort comes with execution, but practice can fill the gaps until you're more confident with off-the-whim deliveries.
Session 6: Getting in the Mindset.
Exercise: Another key area to delivering with excellence. After you've (OVER)prepared we want you in a good state of mine. Eat well, get a good night's rest, and don't stress. Here are some suggestions around how to get in a good mindset the day before and the morning of.
Session 7: Negotiating a Financing or Sales.

Session 8: Negotiating a car purchase, apartment lease, or mortgage interest rate.
