Session 1: Welcome remarks + a conversation around navigating concepts from self-care to grounding to mindset work. Plus a list of tools and resources to explore.
Session 2: Navigating modalities and live exercises from intention setting and breathwork to mala bead meditation.

PREP: You are welcome to explore investment in mala beads in advance of this session! You can also purchase a kit to make your own. This DIY kit came highly recommended by a friend but is a bit pricier.
Session 3: Paint Night with Watercolors & Acrylics for your mindset. Join us for creative expression, nourishment, and grounding.
Session 4: Mindfulness, Intuition, On Change, Confidence + Self-Compassion, & Boundaries, plus an exercise.
