Mindset is Everything: Self-Care, Balance, Alignment, and Boundaries
Your Mindset really is everything.
We love workshopping around wealth and finances and leveling up to executive roles but this work alone won’t bring you fulfillment. Creating balance and alignment in your life makes all the difference.
In this series we share perspective, tools, and experiences aimed at shaping a resilient and healthy mindset to keep you balanced and nourished. We'll also talk about the importance of boundaries and executing "NO".
This workshop series is led by our founder Natalie and includes guests to lead various immersive exercises from integrative health practices, meditations, and intention setting to virtual painting for nourishment.
- Introduces modalities and skills you can invest in to lower your stress and ground and nourish yourself (including an introduction to mala beads, an activity centered around painting and creating, a brief talk on meditation and journaling, breathwork exercises, and a discussion around movement and feeling into your body, plus the importance of rituals like unwinding and preparing for sleep.)
- Perspective and exercises to get you thinking about the importance of balance, alignment, and boundary setting. Natalie will share her grief journey and career stressors and ongoing practices as a case study.
- Ideas and exercises to keep you checking in with yourself and creating space and boundaries when needed.
- Connection and guided experiences with several practitioners in areas across meditation, intention setting, and integrative healing practices.
- Our Resource Guide and Recommendations for further ideas around decompressing and investing in your mindset. (Hint: We love self-care but that's not enough!) This includes a recorded meditation from one of our favorite spiritual and wellness guides locally in CO.
- Access to prior workshop recordings including a conversation around establishing a Growth Mindset and investing in a Healthy Mindset through quarantine.
- Virtual painting lessons on watercolors and acrylics. Let us guid you around creating and grounding while we craft the Colorado landscape over these two 90-minutes sessions.
This course is FREE for our member community!
The live sessions will be held over Zoom on May 6th, May 21st, June 3rd, and June 17th from 4-5pm MT (6-7pm ET) unless communicated otherwise. Recordings will be available to those who are unable to attend live!

"If you ask my best friends, they will tell you I am aggressive when it comes to my mental health. I will jump through any hoops and remove any negative energy needed. When you’ve experienced darkness you have a stronger desire to live in the light and surround yourself with good people. When I met Natalie, the Founder of She’s Independent, I was instantly drawn to her positive energy and very impressed by all her achievements. Being a part of her Mindset Series was such a wonderful learning experience. Her network of strong, intelligent women provided the tools needed to focus on my mental health and create boundaries. I look forward to continuing to grow and learn." -Julia O.
